Who is behind BE-A

The product is developed by FLÆ Robotics, a technology company focused on the use of artificial intelligence. The development is led by an experienced team of AI and data science experts, headed by Lukáš Korous, who combines deep technological know-how with a strong understanding of hotel operations.

Since 2019, he has been the director and co-owner of the PECR Hotel Complex. In the past, he owned and managed OSKAR PLAST, a packaging materials distributor that he sold to BUNZL in 2014 after 17 years and for which he worked for more than 3 years. Filip is an active investor in European real estate. Among other things, he has experience in managing a logistics complex and a sports club.

Lukas is a technology leader with deep expertise in hospitality technology. Known for his ability to align technology with business goals, he has a proven track record of driving large-scale initiatives and fostering innovation. With a Ph.D. in applied mathematics and experience from McKinsey, Lukas balances company's strategic vision with hands-on leadership. In his free time, Lukas enjoys time with his wife and daughter and all kinds of sport activities.

Patricia brings over 25 years‘ experience to the FLAE Robotics team as director of marketing for both the hotel and lifestyle segments. In the past she successfully led marketing and brand-building campaigns for PECR hotels. She also has experience from her own company, where she launched new products that successfully established themselves and gained a position on the market. Her career includes working on innovative marketing strategies that have contributed significantly to the growth and success of many leading projects.

Zdeněk is an experienced businessman with more than 20 years of practice in business and people management. Throughout his career he has successfully built several sales teams. For a large part of his professional life he worked in the media house Seznam.cz. At FLAE Robotics he is responsible for customer communication and business development. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, playing sports and relaxing by painting pictures.

Zdeněk Pokoj

Business Development Manager

After ten years of running his own business – during which he also shared his experience with students at Prague universities – he made a career shift into the world of IT. As a programmer specializing in artificial intelligence, he kept looking for a way to combine his work with his passion for travel and discovering new places. At FLAE Robotics, he found exactly that – today, he implements our AI technology directly at hotel locations abroad.

Jan Kovanda

Implementation Engineer

Roman has been working in IT since 2003 and has held various roles throughout his career – from web hosting technical support and PHP developer in the banking sector to project management in public administration. He also has entrepreneurial experience, having founded the IT startup Beenode, which used iBeacon technology. For six years, he focused on developing hotel software at Previo. As a fan of modern technology, he's been long interested in the future of humanoid robots, making his move to FLAE Robotics a natural next step. In his free time, he’s dedicated to his family, running, and traveling.
